Do you have a website agreement?
Yes. This is a balanced agreement to protect both parties and sets out the basis of our engagement. Items covered includes the following:
- Time schedule
- Browser compatibility
A copy can be provided on request.
Can I upgrade my hosting plan at any time?
The standard allowance for disk space and bandwidth covers 95% of our users. Should you exceed these limits then additional server storage space and bandwidth can be purchased for a small additional cost.
When am I invoiced for my hosting?
Our annual hosting is invoiced and paid for one year in advance, from the time your website goes live. Should you move hosting then a proportional credit will be given for the period not used.

f you would like to proceed then call us to arrange a meeting – We are happy to come to you. At the meeting we will discuss your requirements in more detail to assess what additional modules may be required to meet your needs.
We will then ask you to sign a web development agreement that outlines the basis of our engagement to build your website.
