A strong corporate identity is a powerful way of giving your company, its products and services, the authority and confidence they deserve.
It is a highly effective way in communicating the type of organisation you want to be seen as. An identity is the very essence of the way people perceive your company and your services and goes much further than just the design of the logo. Consistency in how the phone is answered, how your premises look, how you deal with your customers, how your staff are uniformed, the consistency in quality of the product or service you deliver. All of these contribute to your company's corporate identity. For example, I am sure most of the population can name a fast food chain who epitomises what it's all about, or a moblie phone company who grew out of a strong branding.
